Darn! As they say....close only counts in horseshoes! I'm impressed that someone got this. (But I'm sure I helped them get on the right track!)

I'm happy to see that you are using your blog a lot now. I hope you continue to post reports on weddings and conferences as you glean new ideas.

Do you have any recommendations for "entertainment directors" in Northern Colorado? I am not only a new mother of the groom-to-be but a wedding coordinator as well. I am about an hour north of Denver in Fort Collins.

Thank you!

DING DING DING DING!!!

Brandon Lindsey wins the free signed copy of TBWRE.

The entrance to this show has an opaque floor with led lights underneath that case down the entrance in a rainbow pattern and the half-spheres on the ceiling are a mirror finish that feflacts the chasing rainbow colors from the floor in a very creative pattern. I'll post a photo of the floor and ceiling together when I get home from my speaking enagement in Dallas, Texas.

Brandon...e-mail at: peter(at)thebestweddingreceptionever.com

Let me know where to send the book and for whom you would like it signed. Congrats!

Peter,
I do not have an agent (yet), but when I was considering shopping my first book I sought the advise of a trusted friend who did have an agent. I learned many insights, but the most important that he shared with me, was to NEVER pay up front for a LA. I know you are smarter than that, I thought I was smarter than that. However, when I started my search, I could not believe how many, seemingly reputable, agents there were that wanted any where from a couple of hundred to a couple of thousand dollars. (all promised to be repaid!) Had I not received that advise, I would have assumed that is just the way that business was run.

Anyway, good luck!

Good guess Larry...but you are incorrect. The "ceiling" over the Freemont Experience is a gigantic, curved LED panel which allows them to actually project high quality video images in addition to an amazing light show.

The half-spheres on the ceiling in this photo are neither electronic devices nor or they lights.

This is part of the entrance to a particular Vegas show at a particular hotel on the strip. Whoever can guess either, or both, correctly will win the free signed copy of my book. Keep trying!!!

Thanks David!

Pam...you are very, very close. It is NOT technically a lighted sign...but it is located in Las Vegas.

I am looking for the name of the show that this image is associated with or the name of the hotel where the show is located.

Here is a hint...the image is actually upside down. You are looking at a ceiling.

Keep the guesses coming!
